Our policies and procedures are handled with proper mechanisms to sort out different claims, originating from a different array of needs and business situations.
You have the privilege to ask for a refund from us anytime whenever you are not satisfied with our services and you can expect full cooperation from us. Our Detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy is described below:
Two things that pertain to every software solutions task are Website Design & Development. Website Design involves “original & mockup” while Website Development uses custom codes to develop the functional websites.
As already discussed, we take all the necessary efforts to impart the standardized services to our customers.
In any scenario, if any client is not happy in the initial stage of 'mockup design or sample', he/she can claim a half refund (50%) from the advance payment made.
If we couldn't begin the project on time, a client can claim the full refund.
A customer can also ask for a full refund within 24 hours of making the payment and can cancel the contract.
How The Refund Transactions will be Processed?
We need 7 working days to implement all refund procedures and the balance amount will be returned to the bank account by either ‘Account Credits or Direct Deposit.’
If the dealing was through a credit card, refunds will be done to the original credit card issued at the time of the transaction and, if it was through Payment Gateway, refunds will be made to the same bank account.
It is not possible to refund taxes from our side as they are charged directly at the end of each month. But you can recover such taxes directly from the government.
If you desire to request a cancelation and refund, you can send an email to email@example.com. Our concerned team will work on it quickly, considering and analyzing every aspect of the issue. Eventually, we will keep the client apprised of further processes.
If we are responsible for the issue/problem, our account team will get back to you as early as possible.
Under Which Circumstances, you are not eligible for a Refund
If the client has approved a mock-up design/ template, but we couldn’t complete the task we as there was insufficient or no contact from the client.
Once we get the confirmation from your side, we start working on the project immediately and send you the updates regarding your work status, but if you wish to raise a refund after confirmation, we can't refund the amount you have already paid. As we regularly interact with our clients and try our best to resolve all their queries. Therefore there is no provision for a refund after the final approval from clients.
Refunds will not apply to Domain Names, Registration/Domain Transfer, or other associated domain services. When you acquire the domain name, you become the owner of the domain name and it cannot be "returned" until the term of the domain has expired.
Refunds will strictly be not processed if the project is completed.
